Car Battery Perth ships genuine batteries across Australia. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location:
- Perth Metro: Same-day or next-day delivery
- Western Australia Regional: 2–5 business days
- Interstate (Australia-wide): 3–7 business days
Local Express Delivery (Perth Only)
For customers within Perth Metro, we offer:
- Express Delivery (30–60 Minutes)
- Same-Day Standard Delivery
- On-Site Installation Service
Delivery fees (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout or confirmed at the time of booking.
Delivery Conditions
- Orders must include accurate address and contact details.
- Someone must be available to receive the battery for safety reasons.
- For on-site installation, the vehicle must be accessible and in a safe location.
2. Order Processing
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number (for courier deliveries).
For local deliveries, our team will contact you to confirm arrival time.
3. Returns & Refunds
Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The battery must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
- The return request must be made within 14 days of purchase.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Used, installed, or damaged batteries cannot be returned due to safety regulations.
Incorrect or Faulty Items
If you receive the wrong product or a battery that is damaged on arrival:
- Contact us within 48 hours.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Manufacturing defects covered by brand warranty will be handled as per the manufacturer’s terms.
4. Warranty Returns
All our batteries come with manufacturer warranties from brands such as Exide and SuperCharge.
Warranty claims require:
- Battery testing report (performed by us or authorised partner)
- Proof of purchase
- Battery must be returned for assessment
Warranty does not cover:
- Improper installation
- Physical damage
- Misuse
- Overcharging or electrical faults in the vehicle
5. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item), return shipping is free.
- If the return is due to customer change-of-mind or incorrect order selection, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Local Perth customers may drop off the item at our location.
6. Refund Process
Refunds will be issued once the returned item is inspected and approved.
Refunds may take 3–7 business days to appear in your account.
Shipping fees and installation charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.
